for the page that I had started,
which was temporarily departed.
Starting off with no consent,
I began with lone content.
Sharing it on every social media,
I searched for myself on Wikipedia.
With no idea of other features,
I sent it to my English teachers.
Their reviews were very good,
and they helped me understand what I could.
My first content was my best,
and nothing more to say about the rest.
All this made me take a break,
to improve upon each mistake.
I longed for a change in perception,
to make my content an exception.
I waited for a good reception,
but it ended in deception.
Though it had a hidden meaning,
it was lost in my word-level screening.
Vocabulary was not so hard to find,
to help my poem be well-designed.
All it needed was a perfect combination
of creativity and communication.
I went on and on with studies,
and along the way found new buddies.
As my previous poem flopped,
my idea of writing was dropped.
Days passed by with no new post,
while my friends continued to roast.
As a full stop to this greatest talk,
I decided to surprise them like a hawk.
Finding my blog in a Google search
improved my confidence to research.
Starting with no big round of applause,
I decided not to leave or pause.
With no content for more than a year,
my blog was still the first to appear.
A comma replaced a full stop this time;
my words conveyed more than a mime.
By giving visuals for imagination,
I added depth to every narration.
I continued for elders in English with grace,
giving others a chance to read at their pace.
New vocabulary and grammar joined my find,
for my poem to shine in its own kind.
